(3) Pre-Onboarding/Pre-Take-On (conducting of a needs assessment and ascertaining the fit between the prospective client's goals and Vit Tall's core competencies);
(4) Initial Consultation Agreement (effectuating a limited engagement, utilized in certain cases, to serve as a limited scope litmus test to gauge the fit);
(5) Contract & Deposit (agreeing upon a Statement of Work, Pricing & Payment terms, Deliverables & Milestones, etc., executing a formal contract, and receiving the agreed upon deposit to commence the actual engagement);
(6) Client Intake (finalizing an intake form, access requests, brand guidelines, as well as key contacts & escalation paths);
(7) Welcome & Orientation (introducing team members and establishing formal Points of Contact);
(8) Kick-Off Meeting (aligning as to the goals, roles & responsibilities, strategies, milestones, and metrics for determining success);
(9) Project Initiation (actualizing mutual movement towards the first agreed upon milestone for the project); and
(10) Review & Optimization (conducting of milestone reviews and making adjustments as necessary to optimize for success).
