Functional Roles

   The above referenced Indicators & Warnings Operations Center (IWOC), Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Public Private Partnership Initiative (P3I®) Tech Hub, Cyber Lab & Range (CLR), Innovation Laboratory (IL), and Information Readiness Laboratory (IRL) constitute some of the functional roles, among others, which Vit Tall has served in. By way of example, in one role as an IWOC, Vit Tall monitored several sites across the Indo-Pacific. For another example, in the role as an EOC, Vit Tall served in the capacity of a standby remote support center for a National Guard force in a geographically disparate location. For the P3I® Tech Hub, Vit Tall instantiated and managed a tech accelerator, which was staffed by members of government, academia, and industry. For the CLR and IL, Vit Tall supported a branch of the Armed Forces as well as members of industry. Likewise, the IRL has supported both the public and private sectors.

Quality Assurance/
Quality Control (QA/QC)

   While Vit Tall is often recognized for its ability to successfully perform and deliver work products on time within compressed windows, Vit Tall prides itself on its stringent QA/QC processes. For example, for a relatively recent project, as part of its Quality Control Program (QCP), Vit Tall was able to complete the process for seven independent single-blind/double-blind technical peer reviews as well as to successfully complete peer review sessions at a number of Performance Work Statement (PWS)-related venues. At the conclusion of the project, as part of the After Action Review (AAR) report detailing Vit Tall's performance, Vit Tall received high praise from its reviewers/raters.

   Along the vein of its recognized QCP, Vit Tall also has a stringent client/project take-on process. Vit Tall maintains the policy of not taking on any project, which it is not confident that it can successfully deliver (or over-deliver) on. This stance has allowed Vit Tall to maintain its position as a reliable and dependable performer.
